Food was an interesting experience, it was
made out to be easy, almost an instinctual thing. Putting it into practice was
a completely different ball game. What you thought looked appetizing looked
busy to another and vice versa, in the end simplicity always won. I enjoyed the
lack of models and fuss, it was just you and a plate of patient food who didn’t
mind being pushed around and prodded from time to time.
